stayed for one night and was horrified by the rude front desk staff. They wouldn’t even respond to my late-checkout request! Not to mention the knocking like a horror movie was happening outside my door. I almost left a good review but, honestly, I expected a welcome gift for all my trouble.

great room but poor housekeeping
The spacious suite with a well-equipped kitchen was good for family dining. The heated pool provided a relaxing retreat after a long day. Also, the cozy sofa bed made it easy for everyone to rest comfortably after a busy time.
The used washcloth left in the shower was disappointing.

Housekeeping was lacking after the first night, and we could have used fresh towels.

The location of the Residence Inn in Waco is fantastic. Close to shopping and many dining options made exploring the area easy. The room setup felt like an apartment with a fully-equipped kitchenette, perfect for family meals. Spacious rooms allowed for comfortable movement, and the heated pool provided a relaxing escape after busy days. However, the pillows left a lot to be desired. they felt too flimsy. Requested extra pillows from the front desk, but even those weren’t very supportive. Breakfast options varied, but some items could be improved. The turkey sausage served was cold, which was disappointing. Despite these issues, I enjoyed coming back to such a cozy setup each evening.

Our stay was comfy and relaxing. we loved the cozy sofa bed and the full kitchen that made meal prep easy! The heated pool was a fantastic way to unwind, and the sun loungers by the pool offered a perfect lounging spot. One minor downside was the occasional noise from the hallway, but it didn’t spoil our overall experience. 😊

The room was like a cozy apartment, spotlessly clean and super comfy. The front desk team was warm and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Great amenities, like a putting green to flaunt your golf skills!
But oh dear, the knocking noise from the walls at odd hours was more annoying than a cat serenading at midnight! It felt like a ghost party every night, but alas, no Poltergeist to blame.
